Being a Senior Digital Designer (Brand & Digital)

As a Senior Designer with a strong focus on brand, you'll be the creative force behind how our clients look, feel, and are experienced across every touchpoint. You go beyond following a brief, you set the conceptual and visual direction, and know how to defend it.

You'll lead strategic and creative sessions directly with clients, turning ambiguous briefs into sharp creative concepts. From brand identity to its translation into digital products, you make sure the work is not just beautiful, but true to the brand's core and built to scale.

You're a key player in our team, a real ‘kartrekker’. Beyond your own projects, you help set the creative bar for the company, inspire fellow designers, and aren't afraid to push back when something doesn't feel right.

You'll work on prominent, international brands, together with a small, highly driven team that cares as much about the craft as you do.

About you…

You have a sharp eye for concept and visual craft, brand identities, art direction, and translating a brand story into a distinct visual language come naturally to you.

You know how to take a brand and extend it convincingly into digital: websites, product UI, motion, while keeping the identity intact.

You're confident leading strategy and workshop sessions with clients, and you know how to guide a room towards a shared creative direction.

You can articulate the why behind your design decisions, both to clients and to teammates, and you love getting inspired by (and inspiring) the people around you.

Experience in motion design and/or agency life is a strong plus.

What we need from you

1. 5+ years of experience in brand & digital design
2. Mastery of Dutch & English language
3. Comfortable leading client-facing strategy sessions
4. The ability to come to the Amsterdam office 3-4 times a week
5. Motion design experience — a plus
6. Agency experience — a plus
7. A place for us to view your past work
