As an experienced Digital Designer, you’ll be a client-facing design expert who goes beyond just building usable, good-looking digital products.
You’ll take the lead in client meetings and design sessions, guiding both clients and fellow designers towards meaningful impact. This means you're actively helping our clients scale their business through design.
You’ll work on delivering high-quality results throughout the entire design process, from translating client sessions into product requirements, to fine-tuning pixel-perfect component libraries.
Your experience and expertise in design will also be put to good use by mentoring junior designers, assisting early sales conversations and providing meaningful input on project management.
But above all, you’ll have a lot of fun collaborating on prominent, impactful client projects with a small team of highly driven creatives who are laser-focused on delivering the best possible digital products.
You know your way around in Figma like no other. Working with Components, Styles and Variables is something you’re very familiar with. You're aware of how design decisions, like a certain color or corner radius, affect the look and feel of a design.
You’re intrigued by creating beautiful designs that look consistent and are still highly usable, and most of all help business grow and succeed (beyond pixels). You know how to put your design decisions into words and love getting inspired by team mates.
You’re experienced in fostering client relationships and effortlessly adjust your approach based on their needs. You also fully understand how to translate the needs of the client, business and the user into crystal clear UI solutions.
You have an intrinsic drive to help others succeed. You have experience mentoring interns or junior designers into capable contributors.
